Dayron Castaneda is a former College Football Player turned Strength and Conditioning Coach. After losing over 75 lbs of fat himself, he has turned his experience into a blueprint into helping other lose weight while increasing their strength. He has competed in numerous strength competitions and has faired well in all. With over 4 years of coaching experience, Coach Dayron has helped over 1,000 clients reach their fitness goals in a safe and effective manner.
